/Music PR News/ - /24-7PressRelease/ - Jersey City NJ, July 3, 2008, Peggy Reynolds, Trustee and Violinist for the Adelphi Chamber Orchestra, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of orchestral performance.
With 40 years of experience in the musical field, Ms. Reynolds has been with the Adelphi Chamber orchestra for two years. In addition to being a professional viola player, she is also an expert in account management. Her duties as trustee include assisting the chamber president, fundraising and organizing music programs, in addition to performing in the orchestra. Adelphi Chamber Orchestra is a non-profit organization that provides free concerts and shows.
Prior to joining Adelphi Chamber Orchestra, Ms. Reynolds worked at the World Trade Center, where her major accomplishments included asbestos settlements, abatement, relocation and the replication of office space for more than 50 World Trade Center tenants. She retired from the Port Authority in 1998.
Ms. Reynolds received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Pace University in 1978 and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent for the State of New York. A business manager for the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra, she is also a member of the American Federation of Musicians and the Rehearsal Club, and a recipient of the Real Estate Agent of the Year Award (1983, 1991, 1993). Ms. Reynolds looks forward to a continued career as a freelance musician and attributes her success to her humility.
